Ingredients
wheat Flour 2 Tb Spoon
1 Onions Finely Chopped
1/2 cup coriander finely chopped
1 spoon green methi leaves
4 green chillies chopped
pinch of hing,turmeric,balck pepper
oil
salt as required

Method
Wash methi leaves and onions.
Mix the flour with onions,methi leaves,chillies and the remaining spices using little of oil with water.
then roll out in thich Paratha and shallow fry with oil on both the sides till it is golden brown.
