1. Wash the rice and soak in water for 20 minutes. 2. Soak red chillies in water for 30 minutes. 3. Chop tomatoes finely. 4. Heat oil in a pressure pan, add ground paste in it. Fry for a minute, add soaked rice, salt and 4 cups of water. 5. Bring it to boil, then add peanuts and chopped tomatoes. 6. Cook covered in a medium flame for 10-12 minutes. 7. Garnish with soaked red chillies and tomato slices, coriander leaves, peanuts and serve hot.
