Ingredients: Leftover chapatis / puris / Bhakari / Dosa or Utappas
 
Method : Sometimes U have leftover chapatis/ dosa / utappas / bhakari / puris etc at home which are good to eat but bore to eat as it is. so I tried this dish which is quick and good to test. Instead of chapatis u can take dosa or puri or bhakari whatever is available.
 
Casadia means cheeze inbetween 2 tortias ( american chapati) which is very femous in California. its a mexican dish with desi style.
 
-> Take yellow american cheeze  (if u don't have yellow take any available cheeze )  and small chopped 2 spoon  onion / tomatos/ green chili / 1 spoon ginger garlic ( finely chopped ).
 
-> on pan fry chapatifrom one side for 2 minuts .turn it and spread onion / tomato garlic ginger on it. let it be hot for 1 minut and add crushed cheez on it.
 
->cheez quantity can be taken as much as you want / love.
 
->now put second chapati on it. make it hot for 2 minuts now turn it again.
 
->after 2 more minuts check wheather cheeze started melting or not.once it melts remove it from pan and put it in dish serve hot with tomato ketch up or chutni.
