Garlik chutny
Ingrediants
1) bowl full of garlik
2) pinch of tamrind
3)salt 1/4 tea spoon
4) sugar 1/2 tea spoon
5) 2 bowl full of dry coconut
6) red chilli powder 2Table spoon
Method
Roast the dry grated coconut in a kadai.After it gets cool add garlik,salt,sugar,tamrind and redchilli powder and grind it in a mixer. this item can be served with little oil or curd.
Kadipatta chutny
Ingrediants
1) one bowl full of kadipatta
2)1 table spoon red chilli powder
3) 1 teaspoon sugar
4) salt to taste
5) 1 teaspoon seasom (Teel)
Method
Put some oil in kadai, roast kadipatta,teel till it become brown.add chilli powder,salt,sugar and grind it in a mixer.the chutny is ready.
Coriander chtny
Ingrediants
1)two bowlful of coriander(duly chopped and washed)
2) roasted groundnut powder 2Tablespoon
3) sugar to taste
4)salt to taste
5) lemaon juice to taste
6)mustered seeds, jeera
Method
Put Coriander,roasted groundnut powder,sugar,salt,lemon juice in mixer and grind it (not very fine).put 1 tea spoon oil in kadai and cracle mustered seeds,jeera and asafoitida and put this tadka on chutny.it is ready
can be served with curd.
