INGREDIENTS-
1. Mutton cubes-200g
2. Sliced onions-50g
3. Green chilies-4-5nos
4. Ginger juliennes-20g
5. Curry leaves-10g
6. Coconut milk-200ml
7. Coconut oil-20ml
8. Salt-To taste
METHOD-
1. Put mutton cubes in a handi with water just to cover the meat.
2. Give it one boil and remove the scum.
3. In a separate container heat coconut oil add sliced onions, slit green chilies, ginger juliennes and curry leaves.
4. Sweat the onions and then put the half done mutton.
5. Put salt and let the mutton get cooked.
6. Now add the coconut milk and cook for five more minutes.
7. Check for seasoning, garnish with curry leaves and serve hot.
