Once I had leftover bread and Gulab Jaamun's Ras ( sweeet water of gulab jaamun when we buy from market some ras used to be left or any sweet liquid you can use) so I made it with gulab jamun leftover ras.

cut the bread in 4 cubes (size may be as per ur wish ).

Fry this bread until these cubes become golden brown and crisp.

make it cool.

Take some milk (10 spoon) in  a bowl and add gulab jamun ras( around half bowl or whatever is available )  in it.

UÂ can add badam kaaju kishmish also if u want. Add mango pulp if u have and keep it in a freezer for around 1/2 hour.

Now it will become somewhat thick so add these fried bread chops in it and serve cool.

This dish is named as shahi tukada bcoz it just tastes like shahi tukada which I had in mumbai.Â
