Ingredients:
wheat flour - 1 tsp
Ghee - 1/2 tsp
Jaggery - 1 tsp
Dried Ginger Powder - 1 tsp
Cardomom powder - 1 tsp
Water - 1/2 cup
milk - 1 cup
Method:
1. put ghee in pan to get it warm
2. fry wheat flour(changing into pinkish)
3. Add milk and water and dried ginger powder
4. stir add jagerry. Mix it well. serve hot.
5. sprinkle Cardomom powder
Good after sickness and after pregnancy
