Ingredients:
1 kg potatoes
salt to taste
1 tsp green chillis and ginger paste.
1 tsp sugar
2 tsp lemon juice
50 gm dhania powder
1 tsp haldi powder
Corriander leaves
Method:
1. put potatoes in cooker.take out when fully cooked. get them cool. peel of its skin.
2. mashed the potatoes.add dhania powder ,salt ,sugar, paste of chillies and giger,lemon juice,haldi powder.
3.Besan with little salt,baking soda(little) ,red chilly powder.
4. make balls of mixture of potatoes.
5. take enough quantity of oil in kadai,let oil get hot.
6. Put 4 balls at a time,get it pin.kish
7. serve hot with ketshup or chutney.
