Ingredients:

250 gm besan
1 large onion(Chopped)
1 tbsp green chilli (chopped)
1/2 tbsp cumin seeds(Jeera)
1/2 tbsp king's cumin(Ajwain)
1 tbsp Dhania powder
1 tbsp red chilli powder
Fresh corriander(chopped)
Salt(as per taste)
oil to cook.

To make:
Mix besan,onion,green chilli's n all the spices together and mix.Now keep adding water along with mixing it till the consistency becaomes like that of dosa batter.Add a pinch of fruit salt.Heat a pan n grease it with oil.Pour some mixture on pan n spread it in circular fashion.Turn it after sometime constantly keeping a check that it does not stick to the pan.Cook it till it turns golden brown.Take off from the heat n spread fresh corriander.Serve it with Fresh curd or Raw mango chutney.
