These sweet, tangy and chillied potato’s are simple delicious and make a great appetizer for any party. The best part of these is that they get made in a jiffy if you already have some boiled potatoes.
The sesame seed gives the crunchy texture; in addition, the garlic, ginger and the soy sauce adds the required kick for this sweet potato.

Method
Cook the Sweet Potatoes. See Cooking Potatoes. Make sure its firm and does not become soggy after it has been cooked.
Heat oil in a wok on medium heat; add sesame seeds, ginger, green chillies, garlic. Sauté for a few seconds and add the sweet potatoes. Sauté for a few minutes
Turn heat to high; add soy sauce, chilli sauce and sauté for 2 minutes on high flame, taking care not to mash the potatoes. Turn off heat.
Garnish with spring onions and serve it with toothpicks pricked on it as a starter/appetizer.
