Bone less Chicken:Â 4 lbs
Ginger garlic paste
onions: 1
garlic: 2 cloves
corn floor: 2 table spoons
Egg whites: 1
salt : 1 table spoon
chilli powder: 2 table spoons
Masala powder:Â 1 table spoons
Lemon Juice: 2 table spoons
Tomoto sauce: 1 table spoon
Green chilli sauce: table spoon
Soy sauce: table spoon
Venigre: 1/2 table spoon

Method:
Clen the chicken and cut it into cubes. marinate the chicken with ginger garlic pase, salt, chilli powder, lemon, garam masala. add egg white to it and keep it aside for 1 hr.
then add corn floor to it and deep fry the chicken.
in another pan add littel oil and let it heat. add galrlic, tamaoto sauce, chilli sauce, soy sauce and veniger.
mix the corn floor in a 1/2 cup of water and add the corn water to the pan stir with the spoon continuosly and then add deep fried chicken to it and let it cook for 5 min on low flame.
finnaly garnish with onions and coriander and serve hot.
