Ingredients:

mushroom- 6 or 7 pieces
capsicum   -  100 g
ginger-garic paste- 1 tsp
red chilli powder   -   1/2 tsp
onion  -  2(finely chopped)
soya sauce-         1 tsp
salt       according to taste
oil          - 1 tbsp
                    
                                
COOKING TIME -10 -15 min
SERVINGS        -  2 OR 3 persons

Method:
Boil the mushroom in a pressure cooker for 3 to 5 min.Then take the mushroom side by remove it from water. Take oil in a pan and heat it Add ginger-garlic paste and brown it . Then add onions and saute it then add red chilli powder,soya sauce and salt .  Then add capsicum and boiled mushroom  and mix it finely . cook for 5 to 6 min and serve it .
