Ingredients

Milk    :    5 cups       
Sugar    :    3 cups           
Maida    :    2 tsp
Curd     :    1 cup   
( or ) lime    :    1
Water:    4 cups       

 

Method 

Boil milk.
Add curd or lime and let it curdle.
Strain the curdled milk with a cloth and prepare panneer.
Add maida to the panneer, knead well and make small balls.
Prepare sugar syrup and when the syrup boils, add the balls and let it boil for 2 minutes.
Remove from the stove.
Store it in a fridge and serve cooled.
