Ingredients-

2 Pomfrets, Half a coconut, 1/2 tsp salt, 2 tsp mustard oil, 4 green chillies,  a pinch of haldi  powder ,  1tsp mustard seeds.


Recipe-


1) Wash the fish properly.


2) Make a paste of mustard seeds with a little salt and 2 green chillies.


3)Grate the coconut.


4) Mix all the ingredients together (mentioned above) ,put it in a bowl and steam it in a pressure cooker for 3 minutes.





A fantastic and easy item is ready. Don't forget to put the remaining 2 chillies,slit, for garnishing.You need to have it with plain rice.
