Ingredients:
1 Cauliflower
1 Potato
1 carrot
1 onion chopped
5 tomato chopped
Masala
4 tsp coconut powder
1 tsp poppy seeds
2 cloves
1 ginger
1 garlic
1 tsp red chilli powder
Take the above ingredients in blender and paste well
Method:
1. Heat the oil add onion, fry till golden brown. Add the tomato then add cauliflower, potato, carrot in the gravy. Cook for 10 mins
2. Then add masala paste, salt, turmeric powderand half cup of water cover for 20 mins.
3. Finally add chopped corriander leaves.
