Ingredients:

1/2 cup rice
1/2 cup sugar
1 ltr milk
1/4 tsp cardamom
10 cashewnuts and raisins
1 tsp ghee for frying cashews and raisains

Method:

1. Wash and soak rice in water for about fifteen minutes.
Heat a pan and bring milk to a boil.Lower heat and add the rice to the milk.Cook until the rice is soft and the mixture looks thick.Remove from heat and cool.
2. Now add sugar and mix well and keep stirring till it mixes well. Now add the roasted cashews and raisains. Add cardomom . Now turn the heat for 5 mins.
