Paalakura Chicken Recipe

Ingredients
1/2 kg Chicken
6 bunches of spinach/paalak
ginger garlic paste (as per taste)
Onions - 3 nos.
green chillies - (as per taste)
tomatoes - 2 nos.
Masala Powder - (dry roast the following spices, Coriander seeds (lesser than handful), khas khas (lesser than handful), cloves 2-3, dalchini 1 big, cardomom 3nos and  make a fine paste) 

METHOD
 Blanch Paalak in hot boiling water for 2 minutes and remove the paalak and once cooled make a fine paste and keep it aside. now wash the chicken and keep that aside. take a pan heat oil and add onions finely chopped along with chillies finely chopped once the onions become transperant add chicken with salt as per taste, chilli powder as per taste, turmeric as per taste,  ginger garlic paste and finely chopped tomatoes and let it cook for a while. once the water in chicken and tomatoes evaporates and chicken gets little fried add palak paste. let it cook for a while. once the aroma of palak goes to the chicken add masala powder. once the chicken is finely cooked with all the ingredients and gets the aroma of everything put in it. add chopped coriander. serve it hot with chapathi or rice.
