Kottimeera Karam Recipe
kottimeera -- 1 katta
chana daal - one cup
red chilli -10
daniyaa -- 1tea spoon
salt
hing -- 1/4 th tea spoon
clean kottimeera, dry it in shawdow place, aftr 1hr, heat the pan and put the kottimeera leaves, fry it until the leaves have no wet.
fry chana dal, daniyaa, red chilli with 2 spoon oil
grind these items, dnt do very smooth powder, at last mix with fried kottimeera leaves and hing, just one minit in mixy
bas...andhra spicey kottimeera kaaram ready...
its very taste with dosa and with rice also.....
