PROCEDURE:

1.PREHEAT OVEN TO 150 DEGREES.
2.GREASE A BAKING TRAY WITH BUTTER AND DUST WITH A TSP OF MAIDA.
3.SOFTEN BUTTER OVER A PAN OF HOT WATER.ADD MILK MAID AND BEAT WELL.
ADD VANILLA ESSENCE,
5.MIXÂ MAIDA,BAKING POWDER AND SODA BI CARBONATE.
6.ADD 2 TSP OF MAIDA TO MILKMAID AND STIR WELL.NOW ADD 2 TSP OF AERATED SODA AND MIX WELL.
7.REPEAT ADDING ALTERNATIVELY MAIDA AND AERATED SODA TILL ALL MAIDA AND AERATED SODA ARE MIXED WELL.
8.NOW PLACE THIS PREPARED MIXTURE INTO THE GREASED TRAY AND BAKE AT 150DEGRESS FOR 40 MIN.
                              NOW EGGLESS CAKE READY.ICING OF YOUR CHOICE CAN BE DONE.
