COOKED RICE,MILK,MUSTARD SEEDS,CASHEW NUTS,CURRYLEAVS,SPLIT MOONGDAL,JEERA,GHEE,SALT,GINGER,1 CHILLI,CHANNA DAL

TAKE A BOWL FULL OF COOKED RICE AND ADD 1/2 LITRE MILK. TO THIS ADD A SPOON OF CURD. KEEPÂ THIS BOWL ASIDE FOR 5 HOURS. NOW TAKE A PAN AND HEAT IT ON LOW FLAME. ADD 5 SPOONS OF GHEE. NOW FRY CASHEW NUTS,MUSTARD SEEDS,JEERA,SPLIT MOONDAL,CHILLI( CHOPPED),CURRY LEAVES,GINGER,CHANNADAL .FRY TILL COLOUR OF THESEÂ CHANGES TO LITTLE BROWN COLOUR. NOW REMOVE THIS FROM FIRE AND ADD TO THE CURD RICE IN THE BOWL. ADD SALT FOR TASTE.DECORATE THIS CURD RICE WITH LITTLE CURRY LEAVES AND CORIANDER LEAVES AS SHOWN IN PICTURE.
