WHEN FRESH FRUITS ARE AVAILABLE ABUNDANTLY, THEN THIS TART IS REALLY EXCELLENT, BUT TAKES A LITTLE TIME TO MAKE.
INGREDIENTS:

BUTTER-3/4 CUP SOFTENED
1/2 CUP CONFECTIONERS SUGAR
ALL PURPOSE FLOUR-1 1/2 CUPS
FILLING:
1 PACK(10 OUNCES) VANILLA OR WHITE CHIPS, MELTED AND COOLED
HEAVY WHIPPING CREAM-1/4 CUP
1 PACK CREAM CHEESE(8 OUNCE)
PINEAPPLE CHUNKS
STRAWBERRIES
ORANGES
KIWI FRUITS
FOR GLAZE:
SUGAR-3TBSP
CORNSTARCH-2 TSP
LEMON JUICE-1/2 TSP
PROCEDURE:

1. IN A SMALL MIXING BOWL,MIX BUTTER,SUGAR. NOW ADD FLOUR AND MIX WELL. PRESS INTO AN UNGREASED TART PAN WITH REMOVABLE BOTTOM. BAKE FOR 30 MIN AT 300 DEGREES UNTILL LIGHT BROWN. COOL ON WIRE RACK.
2. FOR FILLING,BEAT MELTED CHIPS AND CREAM IN SMALL MIXING BOWL. ADD CREAM CHEESE,BEAT UNTILL SMOOTH. SPREAD OVER CRUST. REFRIGERATE FOR 30 MIN. ARANGE ALL THE FRUITS AVAILABLE OVER FILLING IN THE MOST ATTRACTIVE WAY.
3.FOR GLAZE,COMBINE SUGAR ANDCORNSTARCH IN A SMALL SAUCE PAN.STIR IN LEMON JUICE AND SOME PINEAPPLE JUICE UNTILL SMOOTH. BRING TO A BOIL OVER MEDIUMHEAT.BOIL UNTILL THICK.COOL AND NOW BLUSH OVER FRUITS. REFRIGERATE FOR 1 HOUR BEFORE SERVING.
