This is one dish which has been liked by every person i served.its nutritious and tasty.good for kids who avoid vegetables.
1 cup sooji
1 cup shredded cabbage
1/2 cup finely chopped capsicum
1/2 cup finely chopped assorted vegetables(carrot,tomatoes,beans)--optional
water as required
salt
red pepper
oil
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl using water with as too make a slightly thick batter.put some oil on the hot plate.
Pour one big spoon full of batter on it.
Spread it with the back of the spoon to give it a round shape as of chapati.
Let the side cook and then over turn it carefully to avoid breaking.
Use some oil on both sides.
Remove when fully cooked
serve with sauce or chutney.
