2 cups (16 ounces) sour cream
1 cup turkey gravy
1&1/2 teaspoons celery salt
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 jar (4 ounces) chopped pimentos
1 package (16 ounces) medium egg noodles, cooked
1&1/2 cups turkey, cooked and cubed (or torn into bite sized pieces)
1 cup sliced mushrooms
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Combine first 6 ingredients in a oven; heat thoroughly without
boiling.
Fold in noodles, turkey, and mushrooms; pour mixture into a greased 2-
quart casserole dish.
Bake, covered, until hot and bubbly, 35 to 45 minutes.
