Very easy to make.Can be relished for several years.
INGREDIENTS:
1 kg strawberries
400 gm sugar
10 gm cinnamon powder
1 teaspoon acetic acid to preserve
METHOD:
Cut each strawberry into two pieces.
Pressure cook the strawberry pieces till one whistle.
Cool it and make fine paste in blender.
Sieve the paste in a siever.
Mix sugar and cinnamon powder in the paste and cook till it becomes thick like jam.
Cool it.
Put the preservative and mix properly.
Pack into clean dry bottles.
Use after 2 days.
It doesn't get spoiled till 2-3yrs.
