Ingredients:
1 pound fresh asparagus peeled
3 tsp olive oil
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 475 degrees F.
2. In a roasting pan, toss the asparagus with the olive oil and vinegar until coated. Spread asparagus out in a single layer, if possible. Roast asparagus for 10 minutes until tender.
3. Season with salt and pepper.
