Who doesn't love potatoes? Needless to say Children love allthings made with their favourite Alu! So this simple recipe will keep them and all those parents running around them happy!

Ingredients

1 kg  potatoes
Extra virgin olive oil
 fresh rosemary, chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
Salt, to taste

 Sweet Chili Sauce/tomato ketchup, to serve

Method

Preheat oven to 220C.
 Cut potatoes into wedges along with skin, about 1 cm thickness.
Toss the wedges with olive oil, garlic, rosemary. Sprinkle with salt. Bake in the oven for 20-25 mins or until golden brown. Serve with  ketchup.
