Ingredients:
1. Sliced fruits –
Apple - 1
Bananas – 3
Mango – 1
Pine apple – 3 or 4 round slices
Papaya - a few slices – optional
2. Custard flour with vanilla flavor – 2 to 3 tablespoons

3. Milk – 1\2 Litre
4. Vanilla or Mango Ice Cream (optional) – 1 scoop per serving
5. Mango, grape, orange juice concentrate - 2 tspns per serving
6. Sugar – powdered – 1 cup or more as per requirement
7. Dry fruits – Almonds, cashew nuts, dates, raisins according to taste
Method:
1. Add milk to 3 tablespoons of vanilla custard and make a semi solid paste.
(Instructions will be given in the packet itself as to the right proportion of custard flour to milk).
2. Boil the remaining milk. When the milk comes to a boil, lower the flame to simmering heat and add the paste slowly and keep stirring continuously for a few seconds. Switch off as soon as It gets cooked.
3. Add the powdered sugar and stir well. Taste and check if it has the right sweetened taste. Other wise add a little more powdered sugar and stir well. Remember the fruits are already sweet enough.
4. Add the sliced fruits and mix well.
5. Cut the almonds and cashew nuts into small pieces and add them to the fruits custard. Add the raisins. Cut the dates to small pieces and add them and mix well.
6. Allow it to cool. Then keep it in the fridge and allow it to set.
7.. While serving, add a scoop of vanilla or mango ice-cream. Then spread 1 or 2 tspns of mango, grape or orange concentrate on the ice cream and serve.
Note: Quality depends on milk, correct proportion of custard added to milk to make it thick, and on the quantity of sugar depending on taste as well as the fruits.
