INGREDIENTS
Bread crumbs 10
boiled potatoes 1/2 kg
4 green chillies
1/4 tbs musturd seeds
corriender leaves
Curry leaves
salt to taste
1/4 tbs of turmeric powder
oil as required
METHOD
preparing potato filling
mash boiled potatoes, heat oil in a pan put musturd seeds,curry leaves and chillies add mashed potatoes add salt and turmeric mix well for 2 min, sprinkle corriender on top. keep this aside.
now heat some oil in a pan, cut 4 edges of bread crumbs take some water and dip the bread in the water for 1 second and squeze the water and stuff the bread with potatoes and make the roll of it and put it in the oil and fry it in sim fire let it become brown on all side.
serve hot with sauce or chuntey
