Banana Nut Cake Recipe
Ingredents:
3 riped bananas, 1/3 cup oil or melted butter, 1/2 cup honey or brown sugar, 2 beaten eggs, 11/3 cup flour ,1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1 teaspoon vallina essence, 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder1/2 cup hot water, 1 cup chopped nuts,1-2 tablespoon of milk.
Method:-
Beat oil, brown sugar, vallina essence together , mix well in one bowel. now add eggs one by one in beaten ingredents( brown sugar, oil, vallina essence) mix well. now mashe ripe bananas with milk, finally mashed add salt, baking powder and cinnamon powder in flour and mix it properly. now shift the mix banana mixtureinto the beaten ingredents.( oil,sugar,vallina essence), stir it well. now finally add flour alternatly i.e. one spoon of flour and pour small amount of hot water. continue stir it without leaving. stir properly untill batter becomesmooth. now add chopped nuts into the batter. pour batter in grased baking dish and bake at 325* for55 to 60 mintues. your banana cake is ready to serve cut the slices.
Things To Remember:-
1. Always take ripe bananas
2. mix banana with milk and mash untill the bananas should change into smooth batter.
3. add the hot water side by side so that there should not be any lumps created.
4. after adding all the ingredents stir the mixture for 15 mintues.
5. always use grased baking dish so that your cake should not stick on the bottom
6. grase with butter.
7. pre heat oven at 325*before putting your baking dish to bake (before 15 min).
