Ingredients
15-20 shrimps (optional)apply salt & turmeric, chili powder and fry
vegetables:
1 medium sized potato, cut into long big pieces
1 medium sized eggplant, cut into long big pieces
1 small radish, cut into long big pieces
1/2 small cabbage, finely chopped lenghtwise
1/2 small cauliflower, keep big florets
100 gm pumpkin, cut into long big pieces
2 tsp paach poron
2 red chili
1 medium sized onion, cut into long big pieces
1 tsp sugar
1 medium tomatoe, finely chopped
1 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp chili powder
salt
Method
Add panch phoron & red chili in oil and immediately add onion. Fry until brown, add the vegetables, sprinkle sugar on top. Then add salt, turmeric powder, chili powder, cover & cook for 30 minutes & stir occasionally (if required add water) till it becomes thick in consistency. Garnish with fried shrimps (optional).You can garnish it with corriender leaves also
